Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to browse the site, discover our products and order comfortably.
Conformance level
The site was built to meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines.
Accessibility was checked with automated tools and manual testing, including keyboard navigation, in major browsers on desktop and mobile screens.
What we did
- Full keyboard navigation with a clear focus indicator
- A “skip to content” link at the top of every page
- Proper heading structure and markup for screen readers
- Text alternatives for images
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
- Support for different screen sizes and text enlargement
- Respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting
- Right-to-left Hebrew and left-to-right English support
- An accessibility menu: larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, readable font and stopping animations
- A pause button for the video
- Links that open in a new tab are announced to screen readers
Known limitations
Orders are placed through WhatsApp, Wolt and the websites of shops that sell our products. These are external services outside our control, and their accessibility is the responsibility of their operators.
